Welcome to Reiki Healing Radiance. By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a session.

Services Provided:

In-Person Reiki Healing Sessions: Conducted in Staten Island, NY.
Distance Reiki Healing Sessions: Conducted remotely via Zoom or through psychic connection.
Fire Dragon Therapy: Offered only as an add-on to in-person Reiki sessions. This practice involves covering the client with multiple layers, briefly setting the top layer on fire, and then trapping the heat with another layer to create a vacuum effect. This therapy is designed to help alleviate pain and promote deep relaxation. A separate disclaimer and consent form must be signed in person before receiving this service.
Reiki Attunements: Provided in person or remotely at Levels 1, 2, or 3, depending on the client’s previous Reiki education. A written or verbal assessment is required before receiving an attunement.

Booking and Payment:

All bookings must be made by phone call or text message. Online booking is not available at this time.
100% payment is required prior to the session, payable by cash or Zelle.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full payment is retained without refund.
If cancellation is due to illness, this excuse may be used once. In that case, payment will be applied as a store credit toward a future session.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:

Reiki and related services are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Janire Cline is not a licensed medical professional and does not claim to cure, treat, or heal medical conditions.
Reiki sessions are not guaranteed to produce specific results, nor are they miracle healings.
Psychic impressions are not part of the services offered. If such impressions occur involuntarily during a session, they are incidental and not a promised or advertised service.
Clients are responsible for reading and understanding all disclaimers and consent forms. Reiki Healing Radiance and Janire Cline are not liable for any misunderstanding, misuse, or disregard of this information.

Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and service materials, are the intellectual property of Reiki Healing Radiance and Janire Cline. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located within these states.

Reiki Healing Radiance reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted as an announcement on the website.
